Asian Development Bank Announces $2 Billion Aid for Pakistan

Islamabad: The President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Masatsugu Asakawa, has announced $2 billion in aid for Pakistan over the next three years. The announcement was made during a meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari in Islamabad.
During the meeting, Senator Sherry Rehman and Senator Saleem Mandviwalla were also present. President Zardari emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation with ADB to tackle the impacts of climate change.
