Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah presided over a meeting focused on implementing the e-governance system across government departments. He directed that all departments at the secretariat level be connected through a digital system to ensure efficiency.

CM Shah emphasized the need to establish a paperless system where approvals can be processed electronically. In the first phase, each department will initiate the e-system within their own offices. In the second phase, departments will be linked with the Chief Secretary Secretariat.

The third phase will connect all departments with one another, and the final phase will integrate all secretariats with the Chief Minister Secretariat.

The Chief Minister instructed IT Secretary Noor Ahmed Soomro to develop various proposals for this project. “Technology should be utilized for good governance,” CM Murad Ali Shah stated.
