Pakistan’s Nooh Butt delivered an outstanding performance at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship, currently being held in South Africa, winning 3 gold medals and 1 bronze.
Competing in the 120kg category, Nooh Butt claimed the title of Commonwealth Champion. He secured a gold medal in the 120kg open category and showcased impressive skills in both bench press and squat events.
In the squat category, Nooh lifted an impressive 370kg, earning him another gold medal. He also won gold in the bench press by lifting 210kg.
Nooh Butt additionally claimed a bronze medal in the deadlift category with a lift of 280kg. Overall, he lifted a total of 860kg to win the title in the open category.
