Pak Wins Bronze in Asian Hockey Champions Trophy, Federation President Announces $100 Each

Beijing: Pakistan clinched the bronze medal in the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy, defeating South Korea 5-2 in the third-place match. This marks Pakistan’s return to the podium after eight years.
In the match, Sufyan Khan and Hanan Shand scored two goals each for Pakistan, while Roman Khan added one more. Sufyan Khan was named Player of the Match for his performance.
Mir Tariq Hussain Bugti, President of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF), announced a cash prize of $100 each for the team officials and players in recognition of their performance. Additionally, PHF committed to providing full medical treatment for Abu Bakar Mahmood, a player injured during the event.
