England Announces 17-Member Squad for Test Series Against Pakistan

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced a 17-member squad for the upcoming Test series against Pakistan. Captain Ben Stokes returns to lead the team after recovering from injury. Key players in the squad include Harry Brook, Ben Duckett, Zak Crawley, Jamie Smith, Ollie Pope, and Joe Root.

New additions to the team include Josh Hill, Chris Woakes, Rehan Ahmed, Shoaib Bashir, and Gus Atkinson. Jack Leach, Ollie Stone, Jordan Cox, and Brydon Carse have been included in the squad for the first time.

The Test series between Pakistan and England is set to begin on October 7.
