Champions Trophy: ICC Seeks Written Justification from India for Not Traveling to Pakistan

31

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has requested a written explanation from the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) regarding their decision not to travel to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy.

Earlier, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had demanded a written copy of the Indian board’s reasoning after the BCCI verbally informed the ICC about their stance.

With the ICC’s formal request to India, Pakistan may seek solid evidence to support the BCCI’s claims once the written justification is received.
