Pakistan cricket team’s head coach, Jason Gillespie, expressed confidence that Babar Azam will soon return to form and lead the team to victories.
In an interview with foreign media, Gillespie stated that Babar Azam is an exceptional player, and even the best players experience tough phases.
Speaking about leadership, Gillespie mentioned that Shan Masood was given captaincy during the challenging tour of Australia and that he maintains a good rapport with the players.
He also shared that coaching Pakistan is different from his past experiences and that he was aware it would be a challenging role.
