Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai’s Urs: Sindh Govt. Announces August 20 as Public Holiday

The Sindh government has announced a public holiday across the province on Tuesday, August 20, in honor of the Urs of Sufi poet Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai. The celebration of his Urs will be held on a large scale, commemorating his contributions to Sufi poetry and the cultural heritage of Sindh. A notification regarding the public holiday has been issued by the Sindh government.
