Economic Coordination Committee Approves Rs 1.8 Billion Grant for VVIP Planes

In a meeting chaired by Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) approved a technical supplementary grant of Rs 1.8 billion for the Ministry of Defence.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Finance, the funds will be used for two VVIP planes designated for official trips of the President and Prime Minister. The grant is specifically allocated for engine repairs of both aircraft.
