Islamabad: Fumigation efforts are in full swing across various areas of the city to combat dengue. The process has been completed in New Aabpara, Sector G-6, and H-13, while anti-dengue operations have also been carried out in Tarnol, Fateh Jang Road, and surrounding areas.
Additionally, fumigation has been completed in Federation Society, Korang Town, and Gulberg Greens. The campaign extended from T-Chowk, Japan Road, and Sihala village to Bhinder Stop, ensuring thorough coverage.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Irfan Nawaz Memon, has directed authorities to expand the fumigation efforts across the entire city, covering both rural and urban sectors without discrimination. He emphasized the administration’s commitment to making Islamabad dengue-free and urged citizens to cooperate with the district administration in this vital endeavor.
