In a significant step towards promoting green energy and tackling Pakistan’s fuel crisis, Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon presided over the launch ceremony of E-Turbo’s electric motorcycles (E-bikes). The event took place at a local hotel in Karachi, where the minister congratulated the company on the successful launch of the E-bikes.
Speaking at the ceremony following the unveiling of the EV bikes, Minister Sharjeel Memon highlighted that Sindh had already introduced electric buses and now aims to launch electric taxis in the near future.
He also pointed out that the e-bikes are being manufactured in Hyderabad and urged the company to set up an electric vehicle plant in the area to further support local industry.
The launch of E-bikes marks another step forward in Pakistan’s commitment to renewable energy and reducing its dependence on traditional fuel sources.
