The Excise, Taxation, and Narcotics Control Department of the Government of Sindh has announced an online auction for premier vehicle number plates, starting on October 3. Citizens will have the opportunity to bid on their desired number plates through the auction, which offers categories such as Platinum, Gold, and Silver.
The available number plates include a wide range of options such as 91, 92, 101, 111, 222, along with personalized names like Asim1, Ayesha1, Nasir1, Raza1, and Zara1.
According to officials, the funds raised through the auction will be directly used for housing projects for flood victims. Following the online auction, a fundraising event will also be held in Karachi.
