Sindh Government Declares 480 Housing Schemes Illegal in 17 Districts

Karachi: The Sindh government has declared 480 housing schemes illegal and unapproved, according to the Sindh Department of Town Planning.

Among the illegal schemes, Sukkur has 13, Hyderabad 23, Khairpur 57, Nowshero Feroz 72, Dadu 72, Larkana 41, and Nawabshah 19 housing schemes.

Residents in all districts are advised to verify the legality of these societies before purchasing plots or homes, as stated by the Master Plan Authority of the Department of Town Planning.
