13kg of Cannabis Recovered from Passenger at Rawalpindi Railway Station

Railway police at Rawalpindi Railway Station recovered 13kg of cannabis from a passenger named Shaban, a resident of Multan. The cannabis was hidden inside a blanket.

The police became suspicious when they saw the man sitting on a bed on the platform and decided to search him. Inside the bed’s blanket, they found 13kg of dry cannabis.

The suspect was arrested, and 1kg of the cannabis was sent as a sample for record purposes. Shaban was illegally transporting the cannabis from Rawalpindi to Multan.

The railway police have registered a case against the suspect under section 9-C of the law.
