Second Mpox (Monkeypox) Case Reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa This Year

Director of Public Health, Dr. Irshad Roghani, has confirmed the second case of Mpox (Monkeypox) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa this year. The patient is a 47-year-old man from Nowshera who was traveling from Dubai to Peshawar.

Dr. Irshad Ali stated that the airport screening team detected the case, and the patient was promptly transferred to Police Services Hospital for isolation.
